The Student Learning Programs within the Center for Teaching and Learning are designed to teach transferable academic skills, create a safe space to take intellectual risks, and help all students become self-directed learners. Through our professional and peer-led services, we hope to provide you with the tools necessary to help you achieve your academic goals—no matter where you are in your learning process.
We take a student-centered approach to our services, acknowledging that a variety of factors within and beyond the classroom can influence student learning. We also strive to promote a growth mindset, the idea that all learners can improve themselves with sufficient effort and guidance.
