Mark Tran

Frontend Web Developer

Mark Tran is a fourth-year undergraduate studying Computer Science. As a Georgia native, he strives to extend his Southern hospitality to the next generation of engineers, teaching computer science over the pandemic and tutoring math in the Palo Alto area. In addition to working on the CTL’s Strategy & Operations team, Mark currently serves as a Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP) Student Ambassador for Kyoto, and he enjoys hanging out with the Stanford Vietnamese Student Association and now Stanford Dragon Boat. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, cooking with his mom, and going on nightly runs. As part of the Peer Learning Consultant Program, Mark hopes to use his skills to enrich his peers’ academic journeys and build community in the classroom.
